This specific model is made from Elgon teak wood repurposed from floor boards. The wood was collected from wood working workshop within the community.

The wood is durable , due to natural oils it prevents decay, moisture or insects attacking the wood.

The wood is yellow to golden brown in color with straight and sometimes wavy grain and a slightly greasy texture.

The wood is a one of one with either grains being different , color or texture being different.

The clock movement is a standard quartz movement .

The wood can be stained into different shades of dark from walnut, ebony to black.

The strap is made from beads, these are high end beads with customized sliders , 24K gold plated or stainless steel finishes.
