This specific model is made from Elgon teak wood repurposed from floor boards. The wood was collected from wood working workshop within the community.
The wood is durable , due to natural oils it prevents decay, moisture or insects attacking the wood.
The wood is yellow to golden brown in color with straight and sometimes wavy grain and a slightly greasy texture.
The shape is hexagonal in nature mimicking crystal nature.
The lenses are either black or brown.
